Tikketi sells Kenya, Dubai, Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles, and the road in between. This was their first platform. The public site, the inventory of what is available, and the desk that takes the call had to stay in sync — including in high season.

Tikketi Global Travel is a Nairobi retailer. The site has to look like the work — Kenya at last light, the road, the islands — and still be a system: packages, dates, capacity, deposits, the person on the phone.
We started with a booking. Public journey, what “available” means, how money moves, which desk tools the team needs. Then architecture, then the build, then launch.

The constraint
Tikketi needed a booking and operations platform from the first release: packages, dates, capacity, deposits, and a desk that could take the call.
What “available” meant on the phone and on the site had to be the same thing. Deposits and balances had to live in the journey, on rails the customer already uses. Peak traffic was a design constraint.
The work was a new stack on October CMS — brand, booking, and the desk in one system the team could still edit.
What we built
We built the site on October CMS with Tailwind: packages, dates, brand, and the booking journey in one place the team can still edit.
Observability went in with the first release: traces and uptime for the paths that take money.
The same discipline sits under KifaruOS. Tikketi is the public travel brand. An operator running their own events may already be a KifaruOS tenant.
